In conjunction to May's Mental Awareness month, I decided to highlight the differences between depression and mania phases of bipolar disorder.
Some people hear the term "bipolar disorder" and think it means sudden mood swings. They're partly right.
It's true that people with bipolar disorder go through periods of high energy, and also periods of fatigue and depression. But these aren't ordinary, simple mood swings.

One of my early works and experimenting on several digital painting styles and techniques.
アルミク (arumiku) is part of Magician's Journal short stories collection. The short involves around of Kei, a teenager with intensive knowledge of magic and supernatural. It is also heavily hinted he also have magical powers after years of intensive training. The reason behind his 'obsession in magic is to find cure for his (older) twin brother (Kai)'s illness.
in アルミク, Kei is visited by his cousin Kou, who is not only close with the twins, but also interested with Kei's knowledge in magic.
Fighting Through the Pain
2019 had been a very tough year to me.
To begin with I literally broke up with my bf of 10 years due to circumstances. The recovery hadn't been easy for me, and somehow halfway throughout the half of the year I unexpectedly find solace in an artist continents away.
This is my story enduring the first half of 2019.
