For three years in the row I participated #artvsartist post in social media. Quite glad I did this as now I can compare my art progression. I'm quite happy to see my improvements.
2020 vs 2019 vs 2018
[2020] After years trying to find art style I can be proud with, especially for my comics. I've been searching and experimenting art technique that I can finish my work fast and clean. I spent one years constantly drawing and painting to find the style that would fit in and here it is! I couldn't be happier and I plan to continue to stick to this style!
[2020] After I broke up I decided to distract myself with drawing. One of my biggest move is to finally make comic for Webtoon. However as the time goes by I become demotivated due to multiple reasons; I'm not satisfied with the art style I'm currently going and the process is pretty tedious. In the meantime I try to practice my semi realistic painting. While I really love the outcomes of all the works, but I find the process to be tedious.
[2020] I participate Inktober for the first time and I use the opportunity to practice my traditional inking skills. During this time I begin to practice my digital art with fanarts. Wile I'm quite happy with the linearts, I hate the coloring outcome.
