[Bodyline] Unicorns and Friends (L598)

My latest haul arrived. This time is combo shopping from Taobao and Xianyu~

I finally have beret set for my Yolanda ~Bunny Herbalogy~ and headdress set for my Foxtrot ~Yennifer~. The Foxtrot headress I bought directly from its shop at Taobao, while the Yolanda beret and Bodyline jsk from Xianyu. The random freebies for the jsk is super hilarious! :joy:

But the mvp of this haul is the jsk. Omg the pattern is so pretty.

I heard one of the problems with this dress during its initial release that the prints mirrors instead. They have fixed this issue in the current releases.

But I couldn't be bothered considered the price I got it. The seller sold it cheap because she damaged the moon pin on the ribbon. Didn't bothered me coz tbh I didn't like that moon pin. It does looked out of place too! And the best part of this mirrors image that it actually looks correct in mirrors and photos xD

Then I have second problem. It's actually small! :scream:

Most of my Bodyline dresses are L, and I even have 1 M. 2L (XL) ofc the best and I only have one. So I thought this L size dress shouldn't be a problem.

What I need to do now is to add fabric so the dress can fit me perfectly. The only issue I have is the chest part, the same problem I have with my BtSSB ~Kira Kira Parfait~. I went to a thrift shop to find fabric similar to my dress.

Basically I must deconstructed the middle part of the dress; from all the waist part and the center of the back where the shirring is. Then sew everything back. Along the way I got myself injured :joy: Twice! 🤣

cut so deep that I had to wear band aid to stop the bleeding

accidentally pricked my finger and I took this as I sign I should just go to sleep and continue the next day :sweat_smile:

Made the mistake to post these photos with these captions in FB. The next day I found out my friends bombarded me with Maleficent and Aurora GIFs :joy: :joy:

I did the same with my Kira☆Kira Parfait, but even to this day I forgot to post the modification :sweat_smile:

Satisfied with the outcome! I can wear it! Yay!

I don't wear shoes in the house. Asian house haha. But I bought this mirror and the pink, fluffy rug specifically for Lolita shots like this xD

The issue I have now is the that I did not have headpiece for this jsk. I can detach the ribbon from the dress as headpiece but I felt the dress is too empty without it

So I came out with several ideas for headpiece

Which one u think suits the best? Or maybe for this coord I don't really need any headpiece? XD
