After passing my 20s I don't recall I had ever been below 65kg. The closest I get was 64? Somewhere around 2013-2014 when I've been going to gym after work.
Above: me at Glenorchy, New Zealand at my heaviest at 70kg.
Between 2015 to 2019: I've been juggling my weight between 68 to 70kG, but last week at medical checkup we learnt my weight now is 60kg (and my eyesight is 50 and 75). I'm super proud with eyesight still good even after 30s (thanks to my dad who had been strict about me taking care of my eyesight) and my weight loss achievement - I truly thanksful to my moj dragi ♡, I couldn't done this without his coaching and guidance (plus occasional 'scolding' everytime I try to consume unnecessarily desserts). ♡
To be honest I never thought I could go below 65kg, I already despair and kinda accepting this - that is - until I meet someone. He used to be 100++kg but when I meet him he is at his prime 79kg. This motivated me and I asked him for tips and guidance and this is when I was introduced to "Intermittent Fasting". The thing is, I had always know intermittent fasting but I never really believes in it nor have the will and discipline to even try it. But seeing how he was able to shred 40++ kg and become slimmer the way he is now, I decided to give it a try. Intermittent fasting, also known as intermittent energy restriction, is an umbrella term for various meal timing schedules that cycle between voluntary fasting and non-fasting over a given period. Methods of intermittent fasting include alternate-day fasting, periodic fasting, and daily time-restricted feeding.
My dad took noticed of my weight lost and pulled me aside:
"You looked very slim today. Last time you were not only overweight, but you were fat!"
I was also introduced to this awesome app Fastic to help me monitor my fasting. Fastic is an amazing app designed to help you with your intermittent fasting journey. Fastic is like my diary whenever I fast – it's an amazing tool that will track your progress, keep you accountable and make it fun at the same time (yup they have cute interface).
New Body, New Attitude they say haha
Congrats on your weight loss, you're looking good !
