EMPLOYERS are always looking to hire potential employees who have an extra edge over their peers. The upcoming MyStarjob Fair 2019 which will be held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on Nov 2 and 3 will have exhibitors in 30 booths guiding jobseekers.
myStarjob Fair 2019 is a conducive event for employers to successfully hire potential job seekers while concurrently enhancing employer branding in the market. An ideal career event for job seekers to meet and explore further with potential employers.
Among the exhibitors will be the Malaysian Mensa Society that will offer 1,000 free IQ tests to attendees. Society chairman Tan Kee Aun said jobseekers would have an advantage with a Mensa certification which is recognised internationally.
“We had a girl who attended a job interview with a high Mensa IQ certification that caught the interviewer’s attention and landed her the job, ” said Tan.
The Malaysian Mensa Admission Test measures IQ, which is a measure of relative intelligence. Individuals who gain an IQ in the top 2% of the population are qualified to be a part of the Malaysian Mensa Society, a society for high IQ individuals.
